Posted from Paris is a monthly recipe mail club celebrating seasonal French food. Each edition is a themed concept built around a single ingredient, carefully chosen to capture the season.

Strawberries in June, tomatoes in August, chestnuts in October; these are recipes for you to cook at the moment they're meant to be eaten.

What's inside each envelope

• Two seasonal recipe cards with traditional French recipes
• A personal letter on the ingredient of the month: what to look for at the market, how to store it, flavor pairings, and the story behind the recipes.
• A small rotating surprise

How it works

• Mailers ship on the 20th of each month, worldwide
• Shipping is included in the price

Billing

• Your first payment is taken the day you subscribe. Every payment after that is charged on the 10th of the month, and each charge covers one edition.
• Subscribe up to and including the 9th and you'll receive the following month's edition, mailed on the 20th. Subscribe from the 10th onward and you'll receive the edition after that.
• Update your address, payment details, or cancel anytime.
